SFK PORT VEHICLES TECHNICAL DETAILS

Length and height : 14.200 mm / 1600 mm

Axle Group : DISC / DRUM Brake system, mechanical suspension scissor. Special production axle group.
King pin height : 1.300 mm
Total carrying capacity : 25 tons + 60 tons. Total 85 tons
Chassis production : “I” section strength chassis, Upper-Lower sheet. ST52 / MC900 High strength material.
Arms : There will be arms suitable for carrying containers on the platform. Each arm area will be supported with 14 mm specially shaped parts. The arms on the front and side of the vehicle will be fixed, and the arms on the back will be movable..
Leg group : Mechanical legs will be designed to be foldable and easy to use. 2 units, right and left, will be positioned at the front of the semi-trailer.
Brake system : Dual channel Pneumatic-air assisted brake will have a 4-valve system and a distributor feature.
Electrical system : Pin socket (ISO 12098) 12/24V lamp system
Tire Dimensions : 295/70 R 22,5
Fender : Full mudguard – resistant twisted - will be in accordance with EU 109/2011 regulation.
Reflective Strip : Reflective strip will be applied according to road rules. E24 approved reflective will be used. White/yellow color on the sides, Red stripe on the back. Reflective heights and shape in accordance with the approval will be applied on both sides of the vehicle.
Sandblasting : Semi-trailer will be sandblasted with SA2.5 quality after production. Sandblasting will be applied with 0.50 steel balls. Surface test wear reports will be created.
Primer & Paint : After sandblasting, deburring, surface control, mechanical cleaning will be done. Epoxy primer will be applied in 2 layers. After the primer dries, fine cleaning, silicone and puttying will be done. As a final process, the last layer of acrylic paint will be applied. A total of 200-230 micron paint will be applied. Necessary measurements will be made.
